Womack Custom Homes had the unique opportunity to recently return to one of our favorite projects on Arrowhead Drive! Our team returned to this beautiful home to finish out the bonus room into a guest bedroom and bathroom as well as refresh the kitchen nook.
The guest bedroom, a haven of comfort and tranquility, offers a spacious and neutral retreat for house guests and visiting families! Towering cream walls meet a vaulted ceiling, creating an airy and open feel. Beige trimming and a ceiling fan with gold hardware and dark walnut blades perfectly complement the neutral walls. To complete the cozy area designed with sleepovers and family reunions in mind, pristine white carpeting with a faint parquet detailing flows throughout the bedroom.
In a dramatic twist, the bedroom’s achromatic color palette does not continue into the adjoining ensuite bathroom! Immediately, the striking wallpaper designed by Perigold captures the attention with various painted fish featuring brown, pink, white and black hues. On the left side, a compact vanity featuring gold hardware, natural-stained cabinetry, and a Macaubas Fantasy quartzite countertop, complete with a mirror, provides the perfect washroom spot.
The real showstopper of the entire bathroom is a walk-in shower sparkling with deep blue tiling, gold hardware and a built-in niche! The tiling featuring differing hues of blue paired with the elegant hardware creates a bathing spot that may make guests want to prolong their stay. To the immediate right of the shower, a linen closet provides the perfect place to store extra towels, linen and more.
The space is tied together flawlessly with a three-bulb ceiling globe light fixture shining with gold detailing. This adds a touch of elegance to the room and provides ample illumination for morning and nighttime routines.
As a final touch, the homeowner also added this stunning watercolor wallpaper, designed by Sandberg Wallpaper, to the kitchen nook to introduce a calming touch to this center for the day’s beginnings.
