Preserving History at Olin Tatum Agricultural Center
Our team recently breathed new life into the Olin Agricultural Center in Cartersville, helping to restore its authentic charm for future generations to enjoy. The building was initially constructed as a school, known as Stiles Auditorium and holds a special place in the hearts of many Cartersville families, including our very Bess Womack’s mother, who attended in her youth.
Womack Commercial worked diligently to upgrade the building’s street view by replacing its columns and windows. Olin Agricultural Center stands out with a façade that blends warm, red bricks with soaring, white columns. Our team replaced the columns on both sides of the building and all its windows to bring in natural light for visitors.
Restoring some of Bartow County’s rich history and ensuring its legacy lives on for future generations was an honor.
New Amenity Complex at Winding Waters RV Resort
Womack Commercial also recently completed two projects at Winding Waters RV Resort, a luxury RV park in Emerson. To complement the resort-style pool, splash pool, waterslide and lazy river, the Womack Commercial-built clubhouse and poolside cabana provide relaxation for guests at the central amenities area. Winding Waters also includes multiple sports courts, a dog park and easy access to fishing and watersports on the Etowah River.
Boasting 252 sites, with options for cabins, camping sites, glamping tents and RV hookups, Winding Waters is equipped to serve weary travelers, families seeking outdoor adventures and those looking for a quiet retreat.
