This recent pool house renovation is outfitted with coastal-inspired décor and now features plenty of indoor seating options for kicking back, various hanging hooks for wet towels, a dining nook with round table with seating for four and full-size refrigerator with L-shaped, natural wood counter prep space – perfect for making a mid-afternoon sandwich or charcuterie board! The lower cabinets offer plenty of supplementary storage space.
Other interior design elements include skinny shiplap walls, a contrasting wood-panel ceiling, a natural wood folding room divider with display shelves and textures throughout the rugs, coffee table 
and throw pillows.
A set of French doors lead out to the covered patio and expansive pool deck. The covered patio features two Adirondack chairs and a shared center table with a poolside view, another excellent space to relax and take a break from the sun.
The surrounding pool deck features Belgard slate stone, which does not get as hot to the touch as other materials, beautiful travertine pool coping (the border around the pool), poolside recliners and an umbrella picnic table to complete this renovated outdoor living space.
